Silicon Empire can burn and copy optical discs with help of the cdrtools engine. Because the disc burner of the Silicon Empire builds on the low level layers, Silicon Empire can manage and queue overlapping burn or copy processes.

Contains directories licensed LGPLv3/GPLv3, and a couple of BSD 3Clause scripts. It's not clear if it's dual licensed LGPLv3 and GPLv3 in its entirety, because LGPL is missing from some directories, and files are not licensed individually. Intention of the licensor seems to be dual-license.
