It is intended to replace the standard paper/carbon phone message slips commonly used in offices with the capability of sending the message via a web browser form directly to the recipients inbox. b2ePMS will have the capability to run searches based on date, recipient, caller, and message sender. The capability to have messages marked as private, so that only the sender and recipient have access to that message is also planned.

Board-tnk

You can prefix the MySQL tables if only one database is allowed on an ISP server. Versions exist for PHP3 and PHP4.
CakePHP
CakePHP is a web development framework, somewhat similar to Rails. It provides scaffolding tools, an ActiveRecord/DataMapper implementation, doesn't require much setup or configuration. It comes with helpers for text translations, caching, validation, authorization backends, CSRF and XSS protection, and templating. It follows the Web-"MVC" scheme, centralized route dispatching, less efficient class-by-class autoloading, etc. Thorough API documentation and a rich set of user-contributed plugins exist.

CodeIgniter
CodeIgniter is an Application Development Framework - a toolkit - for people who build web sites using PHP. Its goal is to enable you to develop projects much faster than you could if you were writing code from scratch, by providing a rich set of libraries for commonly needed tasks, as well as a simple interface and logical structure to access these libraries. CodeIgniter lets you creatively focus on your project by minimizing the amount of code needed for a given task.
CometVisu
The CometVisu is a web technology based realtime visualization for home and building automation systems like the KNX bus or OpenHAB. It can be used on a wide range of systems, ranging from smart phones over tablets up to laptops and PCs.
Composer
Composer is a tool for dependency management in PHP. It allows you to declare the libraries your project depends on and it will manage (install/update) them for you. Composer is not a package manager in the same sense as Yum or Apt are. Yes, it deals with "packages" or libraries, but it manages them on a per-project basis, installing them in a directory (e.g. vendor) inside your project. By default it does not install anything globally. Thus, it is a dependency manager. It does however support a "global" project for convenience via the global command. This idea is not new and Composer is strongly inspired by node's npm and ruby's bundler.
Corais
The Corais platform is based on Open Atrium, which is itself based on Drupal. It is used for organizing collaborative projects.

It also lets you execute scripts in a step-by-step manner, set breakpoints (including conditional ones), evaluate expressions, and watch variables. The profiler lets you find bottlenecks in PHP code at the functions level, the modules level, and even the source lines level.
Diapergluforth
'diapergluforth' lets you access functions in shared object libraries without having to recompile against the library's header files. It also tracks buffer allocations and automatically frees them when you exit, so you can check for memory leaks immediately after calling a function. In addition, diaperglu traps various error conditions such as attempts to access memory that the process doesn't own, and reporting an error on it's error stack instead of just exiting.
Dragon Go Server
The Dragon Go Server (DGS) is a place where you can play turn-based Go with other players from around the world. It functions more or less the same way as playing Go via email would, but the Dragon Go Server provides a graphical representation of the board and handles things such as time limits, scoring and ratings. DGS players typically submit about five moves per week. Thus, games can be expected to take several weeks to complete. Some people play games much more quickly, and DGS enables a wide range of time limits. Playing Go in real time is not really possible here. Playing in "real time" means that both players are online at the same time and see their opponent's moves immediately, as they would when playing in person. A real-time game would take an hour or so to complete, and if two opponents are agreeable, that can be achieved on DGS, even though it is turn-based. If you prefer to play Go online in real time, you should try a real-time Go server such as KGS or IGS. DGS has a user access quota and users are responsible for keeping queries per time-interval within a normal level. This should not affect most players. DGS also provides discussion forums about Go generally and about DGS itself.

eXcavator is an XML query processing class for PHP. Queries are constructed using a small query language, and query results are returned as either loosely formed or strict XML, in formats suitable for both text and HTML. One of eXcavator's most useful features is its facility to insert query results into user-defined templates, which allow for a free interpolation of user text and the data extracted by the query. It runs on top of XML_PullParser, but uses a completely independent API. However, it does offer opportunities to use the facilities of both packages side by side for programmers familiar with both.
